ISO 14001

We have extensive experience in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems design and implementation. We have implemented full systems, and also provided specific advice on legal compliance evaluation, aspects identification, training and internal audits. Recent clients include international organisations such as Novartis, Veiola and Rockwool International.

One of our current projects includes working for the United Kingdom Accreditation Service. This is a global role assessing the competency of ISO 14001 auditors and the operation of some 32 certification bodies internationally. Our focus is on advancing ISO 14001 audit performance standards and seeking the highest standards of excellence. We also work with the Government’s Envirowise programme providing expert ISO 14001 advice to numerous organisations.

We deliver a range of ISO 14001 training programmes, covering for example EMS implementation and Internal Audit. Our tutors have delivered courses throughout the UK and overseas in Japan, Cyprus and Turkey. We also design bespoke courses that specifically seek to achieve accelerated implementation.

Rockwool International

We have provided ISO 14001 internal audit and legal compliance evaluations for Rockwool over three years. This has enabled Rockwool to identify many opportunities for improvement and maintain certification with BSI. Rockwool have an IPPC permit and the legal compliance evaluation has involved testing all of their legal obligations.

M - Real

M - Real commissioned a two day auditor coaching programme to help them improve the performance of their ISO 14001 internal auditors. The coaching programme involved live audits on the M – Real site followed by debriefs to evaluate performance. The participants all rated the programme highly.

Novartis

Novartis commissioned an accelerated ISO 14001 implementation programme at one of their major manufacturing sites in the UK. The ISO 14001 implementation programme dealt with all elements of the ISO 14001 implementation process and high level strategic advice was provided to Novartis staff. As a result of this programme Novartis successfully achieved ISO 14001 certification.

Landis and Gyr

Landis and Gyr needed an immediate response to enable them to achieve the necessary level of readiness for their ISO 14001 certification audit. This programme dealt with all elements of their ISO 14001 system and brought them up to the necessary level of readiness. As a result of this intervention Landis and Gyr were able to successfully maintain their ISO 14001 certification.

Hy Ten

Hy Ten are steel stockist's and suppliers who have commissioned an ISO 14001 implementation programme for the entire group, comprising 7 sites. This programme included high level ISO 14001 system design, followed by visits to each site to advise on implementation.
