Welsh Assembly Government

The Welsh Assembly Government commissioned a two day sustainability programme for senior staff up to Director level. The programme enabled significant advances to be made in the development of sustainability thinking and practices within the Welsh Assembly. The programme enabled participants to understand the key concepts and principles of sustainability and then through a series of workshops to find ways of embedding sustainability within their work. Significant advances were made in the Roads and Grants Divisions.

Weymouth and Portland Housing

A tailored training programme was developed to train all staff on the principles and application of sustainability thinking in Weymouth and Portland Housing. The Chairman, Board, senior mangers and some 160 other staff throughout the entire organisation took part in the programme. In the workshops staff identified many ways of contributing to the vision of sustainability for Weymouth and Portland Housing. They were also able to generate many practical ideas and improvements to reduce the ecological footprint of the Housing Association.

The Centre for Sustainability and Environmental Management (CSEM)

We are Associate Directors for this high caliber MSc Programme. We deliver sessions on Personal Qualities for Sustainability, the Sustainability Mind Set and the 7 STAR methodology. This approach has been exceptionally well received by delegates on the programme who are high flyers and potential future leaders for sustainability.
